Protein powders creatine, and pre-workout powders, are okay, but you have to be careful with pre-workout powder, if you take prohormones, Peds, test HGH, var,Winnie and clen, you are not a natural bodybuilder, all you have to do is go to a natural bodybuilding contest then go to a pro bodybuilding contest in you will see that there is a vast difference, most natural bodybuilders, weigh no more than 250 lb offseason, onstage most weigh no more than 200 lb, off-season for pro bodybuilder a male, between 350 and 400 lb nowadays, on stage, between 290 and 315, which is absolutely insane I believe Arnold was no more than 230 lb on stage Frank Zane was 190 all year round, and they both took light small doses of test right before a contest to maintain muscle, today's Pro bodybuilder is an abomination😅
