Victorian Tower looking over Greater Manchester ( Hertshead Pike)

In today's video I visit Hartshead Pike.
During the Roman occupation of Britain it's through a waring beacon was located on its site.
The first tower was built in 1751 but was rebuilt in 1863 to celebrate Albert Edward marriage to princess Alexandra of Denmark wedding.
