    Literally sick to my stomach watching what these fucking animals did to that girl. As a father watching this I'm absolutely heartbroken. I can only imagine the pain and rage her father must have felt after watching the evidence of what they did to his daughter. Then to find out that these police were only suspended WITH PAY... like are you fucking serious?! Every officer there should be behind bars, the ones that participated and the ones that stayed silent are all equally as guilty of aggravated assault on a minor at the very LEAST. Whoever made the decision to pay them while they're suspended needs to be removed from their position as well. After seeing the officer body cam footage there is absolutely zero doubt for any rational person that what happened to that child was nothing short of vile, abusive and predatory. I hope every officer involved rots in a cell till the day they die.

      This is an example of why the police are no longer fit for purpose,if they ever were. 9 officers for one 9 year old girl ? The female showed just how callous and unempathic she was, within a few minutes. It saddens me to think that these officers think they are better than animals, they are not. Far from it, they are worse because they are paid to serve and protect, not attack and destroy. This is how the end of a civilised and caring society begins. When all that matters is control. We are here !

    This has got to be one of the sickest things I’ve seen. Seriously telling a nine year old that she is acting like a child. Wth? There were so many different ways to handle this little girl. These so called cops paid to serve and protect decide to pepper spray her, then leave her in the car alone. I’ve accidentally got sprayed myself as an adult. Let me tell you it hurt, I coughed, it kind of took my breath away. They decided to leave her alone suffering in the car. When does it stop? This is heartbreaking 💔

There could have been a way to put a seatbelt on the girl without it. Unfortunately, the officers used up all their patience just getting the girl in the car. When she wouldn't sit up to buckle in the female officer sprayed her. Perhaps if the officers had shut the car door and gathered themselves for a moment they could have reclaimed some patience, and attempted to place the girl in an upright position, buckle her in, and pepperspray would have never been deployed.

No matter what if they talk to someone back up is on its way and if it's even slightly interesting several other cop cars will show up. I've seen 5 cops show up because I had a person steal from my job. No big situation, a single officer could have handled it but interested the bust in like it's a raid into a 7 eleven.
    But that didn't stop then from killing someone who did doughnuts beat the police station.
    We got so many cops that most the time they hangout in parking lots for hours talking to each other. I've seen it so many times, I once had three cops hangout for 4hours in the parking lot of my former job. They came for food and drinks.

Having pepper sprayed her they had to call an ambulance, what an insane waste of resources.

    What a lack of respect, a police officer doing what he did to a 9 year old child and still saying "I don't care what you demand. Let's go", an officer like that should receive a punishment that feels on the skin what it is to suffer for a child who is being arrested and still get "Pepper Spray" in the eyes.

  • @jdsimmons97
    @jdsimmons97 3 ปีที่แล้ว +16

    Seriously?! Those cop's literally blew the situation out of paporsion. They arrested and paper sprayed a nine year old child for nothing. And even if the child did do something wrong (which I didn't hear anything that she did), the best course of action would have been to take her back to her house and tell the parent('s) or guardian ('s). Nothing more, nothing less. Unless it's a server crime. But, again, inform the parent. She even asked for her father several times and didn't receive her one and only request. These cop's are no better than the criminals on the street.

    Why didn't so.eone just ask what the father's phone number was? Clearly, she was leaving home because of something with her mom. Call dad and see if he can come down and calm the little one. I am from Rochester. I lived on the adjacent street, Avenue A. It's a tough neighborhood to grow up in, and the 8 officers just made it that much worse for the community and especially that little girl.

    • @wavewatcher_

      Exactly. The mom was there, approving all this abuse and stating to the girl she was the one with custody, so the dad couldn’t do anything.
      The mom could be abusing the child and the cops never considered it.

    At this point I just want to meet those officers in person and with every strength I have, and though I may not be an adult I would attack those officers that tried abusing her. Even though it’s risky, they would deserve the pain for being racist-like abusing people who think they have all rights to do everything just because they are officers. I totally agree that this was handled improperly and there was not enough time taken to access the real issue which seems to be a family root after hearing how the Mom addressed her distressed child. That being said, why does every issue these days have to be a racial issue??? Why can't it just be the fact that there should be more resources for families and better training and funding for officers in diffusing domestic disturbances. There are so many blurred factors here but the least of which is racial hate. After hearing how it all played out and how the mother escalated and agitated the child, no wonder she is disturbed. I don't agree with the pepper spray or how the officers handled it but I'm so sick of everything being racial!!! If you are rational and resourceful enough to research and it, there are white on white infractions and black on black infractions but is there a big hype on that? Guess what? If you're not part of the solution, you're definitely part of the problem!! I pray this poor young lady gets some counseling, someone to listen to what's really driving her inner hurt and pain, and some peace and healing. She's definitely crying for help!!! The family is suing?? Wonder how much will go towards therapy for this poor child.... May God bless our beautiful children. May God bless our nation as a whole. May God bring wisdom and light to the ones who choose to see racism in this video instead of how it all could have been handled starting at home....

      It's simple. Had she been a white child, she never would've been treated like this.

    • @orchdork775
      @orchdork775 ปีที่แล้ว

      It's not just being made into a race issue, it is a race issue. You may not like having to hear about it, but racism affects millions and millions of people, and they don't just get to turn off the tv to get away from the topic. Regardless of whether it is in the news or not, they will continue to be treated unfairly and not get the same opportunities as everyone else. The statistics show that black children are treated worse than white children by teachers and police officers and adults in general, so if you are tired of having to hear about race all the time, then maybe you should do something to address the issue.
      The fact that you are more bothered by the mention of race than by the fact that there is a group of children being mistreated is telling. If instead of it being black children it was disabled children, would that make a difference? What if was children with autism and/or mental illness? Would you still be bothered that discrimination was brought up? You should put some more thought into why you find it annoying, because it might help you learn more about yourself and grow as a person. Like for example, is it because you already have a lot going on in your life to stress about and you just don't have enough room in your brain to care about racism, and so you subconsciously make excuses as to why it isn't as big of a deal as people say it is? Maybe you faced discrimination in your life and were told to just deal with it and that you should be able to overcome it or that you were just being sensitive, or that your suffering didn't matter and should be kept to yourself, and so you internalized that without realizing it.
      I encourage you to try and imagine if it was you and your children who were treated worse than everyone else, and that close to half of the country didn't care and ignored obvious acts of discrimination from their elected politicians who have publically sought to disenfranchise you. How much would you talk about it? If you were at a significantly higher risk of being mistreated by doctors and police to the point that you experienced discrimination every day, would you want the news to talk about that? If doctors never cared about your pain and always assumed you were drug seeking and if your child was pepper sprayed by police would you want the fact that you are statistically more likely to mistreated due to discrimination mentioned when discussing those events?
      It's understandable to not want to have to hear about racism, as it is upsetting, but you have to remember why people are constantly bring it up. Racism is talked about so much because there are currently politicians who openly try to disenfranchise black people, and police officers who mistreat and even kill black people, and doctors who don't believe their black patients which results in black people being more likely to die due to medical errors or misdiagnosis. And then on top of that close to half of the country completely denies that any of this is even happening. I'm sure everyone wishes that they didn't have to talk about racism so much, but they have no choice, because talking about it is the only way to get more people aware of what is happening and then hopefully to get them to care that it is happening so that we can change the way black people are treated in this country.
