Honestly going off of my current mock drafts I’m liking waiting until super late to get a QB like Rodgers, Tua, Geno, etc. I think this lets you stack up on talent in areas while still getting QB’s in really good offensive situations that could be top 10 fantasy options

I think the weakest case you make is for Thomas, whose age is a hindrance but was genuinely elite before injuries last season and has improvement at QB plus the easiest schedule in football. I love the rest of the list, though - great job, as always.
I think I'm a little more optimistic as a Washington fan about Howell (Snyder's gone and I'm excited). But, seeinig Howell play he looked good. At least as good as Heinicke with room to grow and get better. I think Mclaurin still does have competition for target share no doubt, but I wouldn't say QB play is something we can hold over him as if he hasn't had worse his whole career

If you’re doing a redraft and not a dynasty, either Keep Kelce and Ridley or trade it away for the later in Wilson and Andrews. The concern here is, Andrews has a lot of talent and is easily TE2-5, but with the increase in targets with the Ravens and the new coaching, it’s going to likely be spread out more. Wilson should easily be WR top 10, 15 at the lowest imo, he’s gonna have the volume and talent to do so. Kelce is a sure in for top 3 TEs. Ridley, is the real question here. He hasn’t played in 2+ years. He has the talent, but he has a very unpredictable floor. You have a decent enough TE in Engram, Kirk did well, and Travis E is a good catching RB, and Tank might cut into those catches as well. Depends on your personal team right now. I personally like Andrews/Wilson, gives you a higher floor, similar ceiling/possibly higher.

Last year i accidently drafted the Raiders kicker Carlson in the 8th or 9th round and i was fkn pissed. Turns out he balled out what seened like every week 10-15 points consistenly and i was actually a little sad when his bye week came around. Fast forward to this year and i cant help but reach for a top 5 kicker or defense. As long as ive played fantasy ive never even entertained grabbing a kicker or defense in the 9spot but i literally won multiple games that i dont think i wouldve won streaming a kicker every week. Am i trippin or what?
My 2 cents are that since kickers' opportunities are completely out of their control, a good defense is a way more stable bet. Often, it's a good enough kicker on an average or mediocre team that balls out. That being said, depending on league settings, it's probably just fine to stream both positions or pick for playoffs
@@absbread yeah this has always been my thought process. However the more I think about it, I have been wayyyyy more successful at streaming receivers than I have at defenses and kickers. I'm not sure where the drop off is at elite kickers and defenses but consistently getting 10-15+ points at the position makes a big difference. I think I'll rephrase and narrow it down to a top 3 at the position as anything after that would seem like a waste and more volatile. Ive been doing mock drafts and targeting the 49'ers and Carlson in 8th and 9th . I don't know if I'll do it in a real draft but that high weekly floor at those 2 positions look pretty tempting. I'm curious if anybody analyzed it in depth.
disagree with Tony & d Johnson, although I've been seeing Toney's adp rising the past few weeks. kadarius toney is a great upside pick with tons of untapped potential. that said, I won;t be too upside on missing out on him b/c sky Moore has equally as much upside & his adp is peanuts compared to Toney's. Johnson won't be a league-winner, but he's always among the top of the league in targets & he had horrible TD luck last year.if Kenny picket is better & Johnson finds the end zone more often, he'll be a steal at his adp.

Michael Thomas started off the season great last year…then he got hurt. It’s injuries with him. And that’s obv a big red flag, but the upside is clearly there in the 9th-10th round… Unlike Sutton where he plays and has never produced elite numbers

Yes but not right away!
They usually get another one going within a few days. Best thing to do is load up on a bunch of slow drafts so you can stretch them out over a week.
