Fifa 17/18 Graphics And Direct X Error: Fixed

- This is the fix for PC users' that can't get into matches from the stadium skill games before matches on Fifa 17 and now 18.
I am using FIFA 17 in this Video but I removed the settings before launching FIFA 18 and sure enough, the crash happened to me in career mode on my third match.
The issue is caused because of lack of support on low-end graphics cards

Yup and its incredibly frustrating thankfully though its only on scenes were the camera is focused on the players everything works 100% when your playing.

Hi, after doing the Win 7 Platform update ( available in other links on youtube) ; Update your Graphic card drivers followed by the regedit mentioned in this video solved the issue. Thanks Ashleigh. I realized in the demo that the game works fine when playing " Journey " when the game starts immediately from cutscene rather than the Quick match where there is a practice before the match where the game freezes.

Be sure i will. And if what you say it's true that means EA is turning in the next Microsoft/Apple and don't care at all about the customers. They actually are,most of the time,but yeah....same thing anyway....the same old shit of the rich bastards that only care if it sells or not,and that sets the bottom line. If it works or not is not their problem anymore ....all that matters is getting rich off robbing the customer they're supposed to serve.....anyway,thanks again man. For those that have arrived here looking for a FIFA 18 Fix yes! This does work. Before you give this a try ensure that your system is up-to-date with all of the latest drivers for your hardware.
I know this has been from a while ago, but for me I crash when I try to simulate a match (on home screen and calendar) and after I play a match. Once I click advance it just closes the window for me. I used to get the error window, then it showed up for about half a second and disappeared and now I don't get any error message, but it has been the directx one. Any ideas on what I should do? I've been trying to follow these instructions but it always says the origin folder is in use in another program (I only have a web browser open).
Edit: and I have modded my Fifa 18. It's worked for a few days just up until today. Past few matches have been crashing. Used frosty editor
Isaac Oliveira if the folders aren't able to be deleted skip that step and proceed with the instructions. You may also have removed something when you modded or you've installed something in a mid that your graphics can recognise. The only option you have is a full reinstall.

sarip dol sounds like your PC just isn't powerful enough to run the game. What are your PC specs?

Update or rollback your graphic drivers to fix the headless players issue

i got a problem and i searched allover youtube, google, facebook and twitter ... i didn't find any solution for this .... My personal settings crashes when i press on it, the screen get bigger and game modes doesn't work at all .. some features are accessible like ultimate team but career mode and kick off are just not working ... one of my friends had this problem before and it was solved when he deleted his personal data and made a new one but he lost all his data .. FUT squads and everything else ... i really don't want that ... so how can i solve this???

Do you get an issue where the stadium you play at is incorrect so you play s game at the signal iduna park then face wolfsburg away and it's still dortmund's stadium?
There's no fix for it anywhere
Declan Cairns that is probably to do with the limited bundes liga stadiums they have in the game, meaning that they don't have Wolfbergs stadium in the game and are set up to play in the dortmund stadium. are you playing career mode and getting this issue?
No thatain't it annoyingly, happens with PL stadiums too, one game at goodison park and then man city away and it bugs up and does the exterior cam but because it's the wrong stadium nothing is there, seems there's still no fix

If the game crash when you enter the kick off just delete the profile and make a new one

Didn't work for me! Fifa 17 on PC, has worked perfectly since it's release now all of a sudden during gameplay it crashes! So pissed off! Nothing I've tried fixes it, everything is up to date

hi i setup fifa 18 fitgirl repack i dont have origin folder and when game start it gose out automatic and show me this big messe telling me problem with DirectX and graphic card craching all my program update i have nvidia 410
I went to disk C.....then I went to users but there aren't any folders called origin
did not work for me :/ What role do the drivers have in these things you deleted/changed?

I have a problem that when i press the thing to go into Career Mode it pulls up the DirectX error and crashes the game, I did this followed all the instructions but I still cant go into Career. Also I have one where when i go to kickoff, and press playgame or startgame it just goes onto a black screen. I also have one where I can't go into Tournaments, Skill Games and I also can't Create,Edit or Delete players. Lol idk what's wrong with my game

Brad Mihai what graphics are you using. FIFA 18 seems to have dropped support for integrated graphics for intel
in My case all the drivers are up to date and i have direct x 12 and nvidia 391 version then too getting the same error and also i dont have origin folder in my appdata
