(1) Pour a Glass of Milk into blender.
(2) Add two bananas into it.
(3)Add 3 scoop of protein powder (made at home

(4) Then add 1 tablespoon of peanut butter .
(5) you can add 1 scoop of whey protein if available.
And enjoy the PROTEIN shake.
For protein powder- arrange following from market .
#peanut #oats #cashew #almond #chia seeds #makhana #pumpkinseeds #roastedchana .
take them into equal amount except chia seed.
chia to be taken into half of others.
Grind them and fill into a air tight container.
You can use it upto 4-5 months after making.
