About a year late from commenting with everyone else but I bought 2 vinyl copies of this classic to chop up on the ones and twos. I was no more than about 4 years old when I first heard this track, never knew the artist who sung but knew the melody when it came on. Fast forward to 2023 as I watching TH-cam and heard a commercial playing this song I haven't heard in over 30 years. Man nearly lost his 'self control' from being reintroduced without warning! RIP 🕊L.B.🩵
