Really would not be a wise decision to buy this penthouse over 7 bdr 3 storey pentouse with a large pool in Houghton hotel for 70M even the 50M penthouse in Houghton is better than this by many folds

Hey I am gonste munyaka is the place of my dreams I mean it has a lot to offer if I had enough Money to afford it I would moved into this place now I even viewed the penthouse it's beautiful wow it's like imagine living in a eight star hotel but it's not it's a good looking apartments 😍👌

Not even worth 20 million.its very average in terms of finishing. But its not suprising because Balwin build boring multi unit identical flats so they dont know the luxury market or a bespoke product.
