It is an excellent video. It has been a great trek into Sagarmantha National Park and, attending the spiritual Mani Rimdu festival. A must in Nepal.

Great reminder of all the enjoyable days on the trek. Note that the short, minute or so exerpts of the dances are just a tiny bit of a 20 minute to more than an hour set. But it does give you a good feel for Mani Rimu.
