  • The wash plant consists of a 4 cubic yard hopper and plumbed 4X8-foot screen deck. The top screen on the deck is 1-inch mesh and the lower 0.5-inch mesh. The deck can handle up to 80 cubic yards per hour and the slurry can be processed in one or two 4-foot wide sluice boxes. Each 4-foot sluice requires somewhere between 650 to 750 gallons of water per minute to run efficiently.     I tried my best to record how efficient the muddy gravel was washed while I was busy operating the water monitor.

      looks good...would it be possible for me to metal detect on bedrock/riverbank on your claim this spring, if this ground exists? you gotta ask...thanks for video and reply...

      @@carlbole2142 This ground belongs to a client who contracted me to process a bulk sample. Sorry I don't have any ground available for metal detecting. Good luck finding some good ground!

    Wash plant working good. But water is to dirty you are the losing the gold in the washing after the after wash u shape pipe you require more water flow

      I agree the settling pond circuit was too small and the water too muddy. This was just a test for a client and larger ponds were planned for full production.
