She does look stunning here, I think she stands out because the others all look alike in a tanned" lads mag" way whereas Nicola looks more of a English Rose ,elegant and poised. She is the one who would actually be most likely to get a modelling career. Standard Models (who are not showing their bo*bs or famous and walking the catwalk ) who advertise items in magazines or appear in adverts always have a distinctive different look. The scouts deliberately avoid the sexy persona of the other 4 because it's not sexiest they want but beauty. 🌷Some might argue Cheryl for example is both and I respect and agree with that but Nicola is someone you would remember after seeing her so a clothing label for example would choose her to model their new seasons look. It's not about the "babe factor " in modelling that isn't associated with glamour etc, it's more about being distinctive and having a fashion "look". Nicolas flaming luscious red hair and creamy pale skin lend themselves to different eccentric styles, for want of a better word the other ladies are too generic.
