They are all tremendous but Juna is absolutely bad ass!!!! She just kills that bass.... love this!
Baritone sax not easy to play. Especially for a small person.. this girl is...damn I'm floored
She is playing a tenor sax.
It isn't hard to play. You're vibrating the same reed regardless of the Sax
Juna just has this smooth relaxed swing to her playing. No shade on Rina, her bass playing is awesome too, but you can see a difference in their styles. And I' don't think it even has anything to really do with skill per se. Juna just might be a more comfortable performer. Any case, all these ladies were wonderful!

My oh my. AVERAGE WHITE BAND one of my top 3 bands. Now Tokyo Groove. The sax player. Keyboards with vocals, drums extraordinaire, double bass...not the instrument, the personnel, and that Japanese thing that played lead. The trio is superb and they sure bring in accomplished guests. I haven't mentioned the smiles and raging beauty. Im 73....just reaching my dirty old man years. Groove on.

I graduated from high school in 1974. I remember it well.
I believe it. I actually went to school with David Garabaldi's (drummer)and Skip Mesquite's(sax)younger siblings in Castro Valley Ca. in the '60s and '70s....
