I appreciate your honesty by stating that using only 'one' of these Tascam DR-10L when recording someone. I tried recording two people standing six feet apart on the street talking two each other, when I tried to sync them both up in post it was a living nightmare because all I got was tons on pre-echo that nothing in the world could fix, the only way to save the audio was to totally drop the sound of one of the participants down to zero. Anyone out here trying to get you to believe that you can hook two of these units on anyone standing besides each other are fooling you. Otherwise the unit sounds great as a stand alone recorder. What do you think 42 Pros? I have two of these units.
It can be tricky. That's why I record the 2 different levels (dual record) on the same recorder; helps with sync issues in post. If you're using 2 Tascam DR10L and having sync issues, I would check the FS Sample (#5 in menu) and make sure that they match; 44.1kHz or 48 kHz. Hope this helps and thanks for the comment.
@@42Pros I just checked both of my units and I was hoping that I set them wrong in FS Sample, I was actually disappointed to see that I had both units identically set at 48kHz, darn it. But thanks for your advice.
