It’s absolutely sickening that a criminal conviction can be deemed illegally obtained by a supreme court, but said offender isn’t released automatically.
Absurd? Yes. Surprising? Not really. Look at Gary Webb’s writing in the 90s on the Contra-CIA-crack connection. He was made out to be a crack pot, and basically had his life destroyed, but he wrote about the role of the federal law enforcement and intelligence in the crack epidemic near 30 years back. His biggest opponents claimed he didn’t put enough emphasis on the local dealers and gangs, but they missed the point. Sure, they aren’t excused for their role, but if they were being fed the stuff, in large part by feds, you absolutely cannot emphasize that craziness enough! I’m going off on one, but my point is in lite of that kind of reporting, which has largely been vindicated in the year’s since, THIS situation right here makes total sense to me. Hell, I’ll get a little tin foil with it, and wonder if it was connected to any fights against any other Latin American or Caribbean governments? Idk, I just know that sh!t isn’t actually farfetched as we wish it was…
And at some point a suspiciously euphoric officer said "Well we can't arrest EVERYONE we sell crck to, cause then it'd be too 'obvious', so I guess we'll just have to sell this crck we made and just keep the money some-if-not-most-of-the-time." Possibly followed up with "No we don't need to tell anyone about this."
So the person that they are setting up is actually committing a chargeable crime. If it was fake, it wouldnt be a crime. It's all part of the setup plan. Disgusting.
I watched a body cam today that said "Florida woman gets dui" at SEVEN THIRTY IN THE MORNING I'm like why am I so surprises? It started off with Florida woman!! Ahhh another day in paradise 🤣🤣🤣 I live in broward
Reality is stranger then fiction Nino Brown & New Jack City could never recreate.🤦🏾♂️ 😅 how do we on know that the PD is not doing something similar now.
Remember, Broward includes the Bahia Mar International Marina - One of the greatest marinas in the world. I was attacked there. Management knew about it. It's how Broward operates. It's in the document I sent to the NY States Attorney, Damian Williams. He asked for input in a public address over the last few days.
I have so many questions about this! But I do have an answer too. The drugs couldn't be fake because they needed the people to actually be committing a crime so they could arrest them and charge them. This is literally insane
I grew up in Broward - we been knew this department was one of the worst in America. Not just that though, they're brutal and stomp down on people for next to nothing and ALWAYS get away with it. I got dismissed from Jury duty on a trial for a corrupt BSO cop by telling them that I was already sure he's guilty without hearing a single word. They got me up outta there with the quickness. 😂
They were looking for bias. When I was on a jury, there were like three people who said they couldn't perceive that a cop would be a bad person and were let go. Better you than someone like that imo.
@ Bso so corrupt the Feds arrested deputy Raymond Hicks and my uncles and made a whole lil narrative dat he was with my uncles selling drugs in and out the state and they all beat the case
I sent a 32MB document to NY States Attorney Damian Williams explaining that the Broward 17th Circuit is doing exactly what the Alexander Brothers are accused of doing in Miami. What Epstein and Diddy were doing. My Florida attorney is used to being David v Goliath. He is the same Florida attorney who recently saved Graceland. ♥
the crack needs to be real so they can actually press charges. if it wasnt actually a drug it wouldn't be crime to buy it even if they thought it was crack when buying it.
This isn’t surprising because, you know, America. But it is laughable. It sounds like an actual comedy sketch or something. I know the government was distributing dope back in the day, but I didn’t know they were COOKING IT 😂😂
Thank you for covering this. Will make its way into my syllabus next semester for real
ASAA! (awesome syllabus as always)
man that is incredible
they really saw the CIA’s Iran-Contra game and thought, ‘why not cut out the middle-man?’
Right😂
Sounds shocking at first, but it's exactly the kind of plan a crackhead cop would come up with.
It’s absolutely sickening that a criminal conviction can be deemed illegally obtained by a supreme court, but said offender isn’t released automatically.
I understand where conspiracy-minded people come from even if they say wild shit, because the US has a history of such wild actual conspiracies
Crack lab in the pd basement “nah chief it’s for a uhhh sting operation”
bro the dark comedy late show is as necessary as ever. make the sequel we need OME.

I’m convinced nothing good ever happens in a county.
"Why did it have to be real?" Key question imo. Great work.
my assumption is that it makes it more damning in court? like if it were sugar they might have some plausable deniability or something?
So the person that they are setting up is actually committing a chargeable crime. If it was fake, it wouldnt be a crime. It's all part of the setup plan. Disgusting.
2024 just won’t go out quietly. I think I have scandal fatigue ATP! 😩 I’m gonna quote a wise man who once said “ITS ALWAYS FLORIDA!” 😂
I watched a body cam today that said "Florida woman gets dui" at SEVEN THIRTY IN THE MORNING I'm like why am I so surprises? It started off with Florida woman!! Ahhh another day in paradise 🤣🤣🤣 I live in broward
Some shit just makes you think the world isnt a real place

I wish this story and the story about the police chief that sold their guns to cartels should get as much attention as the United Health killer
Ooh! I never heard of the guns to cartels one! Thank you for the info. And they wonder why nobody trusts the police.
"They say I'm selling crack but YOU be doing that."

"If you snitch, we'll hook you up in-house."
The Crack Quality Department
I have so many questions about this! But I do have an answer too. The drugs couldn't be fake because they needed the people to actually be committing a crime so they could arrest them and charge them. This is literally insane
Miami is Dade County . Ft. Lauderdale is Broward County.
@KeenanMitchell I noticed that too!! I live in Broward lol

This whole thing sounds like an upcoming Spike Lee joint
Imformant crackheads... I would think that finding mulitple "Bubz" imformants like from The Wire would be a difficult task
All the signs are pointing toward the end being near! My God!!!! 🌅
Shouldn't all those officers who cooked and sold their crack be sentenced to jail???
It was the whole department
@ryder6710 You’d think there would be a whole federal investigation and charges filed though. I guess that’s asking too much.
@@AdamSMessinger Man The whole state corrupt and the Feds is involved
@ Bso so corrupt the Feds arrested deputy Raymond Hicks and my uncles and made a whole lil narrative dat he was with my uncles selling drugs in and out the state and they all beat the case

i need hbo to pick up this show (breaking bear wire) immediately tbh
WONDER 🤔 HOW GOOD IT WAS

A Gus Fring prequel
Not surprised at all. As I write this from south Florida. Buutt.. where is the link/video of you discussing Czarface & Kool Keith?
Where are the manufacturing of a controlled substance and distributing in a school zone charges on the police involved?
7:49 easy, it was Officer Tenpenny JINKIES!
morning gang
🫡
Why are they talking about this now
👀
Why don't ppl of color ice skate.. we are always on thin ice. * cues Reagan by Killer Mike

Where you getting that cocaine to make that crack?
Also can I get their recipe with a FOIA?
Your thumbnail and title are inconsistent. Miami is not in Broward county.
