Great video! I am considering both of these.. having a hard time. I like the neutrality of the DCA but don't know if I can sacrifice superior Punch and Dynamics from the LCD2. if the LCD2 Punch and Dynamics was at 100%. What would the noire be?
@ChrisCDXX I don't personally find any of the DCA headphones to sound very punchy in their presentation. They have lots of great qualities but if punch & slam are important to you the Noire will not provide much of that. ***Marcello TSAV

While I agree with you that DCA headphones won’t be as “punchy”, they can get reasonably close (about 85%?) if given enough time & power. I own both the Ether CX and the Noire. The Noire is a recent purchase & I don’t have the hours on it yet but the Ether CX needed about 350+ hours before it showed any reasonable semblance of dynamics. Not the best, but at least credible. It was the last thing to kick in on those. They’re still not in Focal territory but they’re acceptable.
I have tested Audeze and compare it with many headphones and guys, this is amazing, most detailed, and fantastically sounding headphones. Its only downsize is heaviness and high price.
