a horrible lawyer at that. I will have to find the video again, but Harris was responsible for the arrest, detainment, and prosecution of a black mother with a daughter that had a disability. Her policy in CA to reduce truancy, resulted in the mother losing her home, losing her job as a nurse and fighting the courts for 2+years, because her disabled daughter was in the hospital instead of in school.
Yet as a politician, she claims (paraphrased) no-one was ever arrested/charged under the laws she put into place. She claims to be for the black community, but then takes everything away from the very people she says she is helping, no remorse, actually tells them to shut up and like it.

I have lived under both administrations, and by far, my life was MUCH better off under Trump.
You also need to take into account that 2 years of the Trump administration was re-focused on COVID, when Faucci began shutting down the country.
The chaos that occurred was the dem party deciding they would UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES support any of Trump's agenda, which in actuality hurt the country!

She can't really do that while also presenting as the establishment pick and currently in the white house. She was recently asked if there was anything that Biden did that she would have done differently and her response was pretty much 'no'.
The problem is, the left has invested a whole lot of effort over the years to brand itself as 'the rebellion' to appeal to the rebellious sort. The second that these rebels realize that they're really just voting for 'the man', they lose all enthusiasm.
The simple truth is - there is an anti-establishment 'change' candidate on the ticket. It's just not KH.

We bought our home in 2008 with interest rate of 8.5%; that was Obama. We refinanced in 2018 (Trump) and now have an interest rate of 2.5%. Seemed great at the time. Then we get Biden and everything we saved is now spent on tax. We have an escrow for tax and insurance. We saved $400 a month before Biden. Today we pay $800 a month in tax for 1 acre. That $400 dollar savings is now gone and added another $200 per month for TAX!

One question I have is, are you sure it is for taxes or for interest?
While taxes always rise with estimated home values, it won't normally grow as you have exclaimed here, interest on the other hand will if you have, a fluctuating rate, but a fixed rate will not change over the term of the loan.
Now, most people sign up for the fluctuating loans because they are cheaper when interest rates are low, but they will change as interest rates change, best way to combat that is to refinance to a fixed rate when interest is at it's lowest and before it starts to head back up.

First time homebuyer here and I bought my home the last year (2019 and moved in April 2020).Trump was in office and if I had purchased my home a year later, I would have been paying more. Purchased my home at $190, 000 and a year later, my home was valued at $325,00. My mortgage was $1,198 and now it’s 1,322 and just got mail from my mortgage company and it went down $9 dollars. So I would say I purchased my home at the right time and it was under Trump administration. I can only imagine what cost my home would have been a year later if I had purchased it then.

In late 2019, our 21 year old son announced he wasn’t going to continue college and was going to work as a welder after the current term was over. We assumed he would then be making plans to move into an apartment with his buddies. Nothing unusual. Early 2020 he told us he wanted to buy a house instead. With the pandemic just getting started we advised him to hold tight and wait to see what the markets would do as far as prices and interest rates. He ignored us and, the next thing we knew, he had a contract on a home with a great first time buyer package and amazing interest rate. He did not have to ask us to co-sign either. He had realized it would cost him less to purchase the house and live alone than to rent a similar home with 2 friends. He ended up buying and then renting a room out to a buddy for awhile, lol. That house has just shy of doubled its value in the last 4 years.
I am the first one to tell him we are so proud of him for ignoring us and following his gut on this one.
The kicker is that he could not have bought that house in today’s market.

Everyone was starting to make a cash grab on properties early 2021 and we managed to finance ours at 3% interest AND saved $35k off asking price. Now smaller units are going for well over the original asking price. We actually bought it for under 6 figures too.

Not to mention short term rentals taking homes off the market. STR is fine if it thru the actual home owner, but when big corps by up the homes in a specific area and make them all STRs, this is the problem for employees finding affordable housing, families starting out. Makes buying a home even near enough to where you work imposable. Then you have to spend way more for fuel then you loose money going to work. It's a mess.

I enjoyed this video. They were actually having an intelligent conversation. What some people don't understand is, it's much bigger than two candidates. Who will they have in their administration? Who is running for Congress and Senate seats? What have they voted for in the past? This goes all the way down to the state and local level. Governors, Mayors, State legislature, School board members, local Sheriffs, etc.
It's also important to know that no matter which party you are registered as, you can vote for a candidate of a different party. My advice is do your research on who is running, what their platform is and their previous record.
    Yeah, it can be complicated.

They were claiming outrageous numbers of 825,000 New Manufacturing Jobs. Firstly, the actual number was 620,000 something and like I said only 22,000 of those were brand new. The rest were all recovery jobs. People that were laid off during the Pandemic going back to work. For Overall Jobs, it turned out that there were something like 810, 000 fewer new jobs than previously reported. That's simply mind boggling. They were counting people who quickly lost jobs, people who had a second or 3rd job Etc. All kinds of deception to fudge the numbers. If a person got a second job, you can't count that as another person employed. The phony numbers under this administration are just unreal.

2:51 when you say Waltz is kind of in Office, he's the governor of a state there's only 50 governors in all of the US at any one time, so he's in bigger office then a senator which there's 100 of at any given time, so while the public in general might not know Walz that well, it's actually not difficult to do research on where he stands on everything. And as far as Kamala Harris you can either believe where she has stood on policies for the last 25 years, or you can believe what she's saying for the last 70 days, the two things are polar opposites, she claims that her values haven't changed but on almost every policy type issue she has done a 180°. When she says her values haven't changed I believe that I believe that she's got the same values as she had when she called Joe Biden a racist. Then when she was made his running mate and was asked how she could run with somebody that she considers to be a racist? Her answer was oh that's not true it's just the kind of thing you say when you are running for office. So in her own words basically you lie and say whatever you think you need to to win when you're running for office. Those are her values and they have not changed, she sang whatever she thinks she needs to to win in the race for the office.
