Glad you had no issues with yours, but sorry to say that I did! :-(
I have this same product, but I don't think it's the "best" of the various hard tri-fold bed-covers/tonneaus available, even though most look very much alike.
Sadly, my Undercover version came with missing gasket material (that foam-tape) on the underside of the rails -- one rail had it applied but the other rail did not (made no sense!) -- so the installation was delayed while I got 2 replacement rails from Undercover. Of course, I was expecting BOTH replacement rails to have the gasket/tape applied this time -- thinking the first cause was someone at the factory forgetting to gasket one rail, and QC check missed that defect -- but surprisingly, NEITHER of the replacement rails had gasket-tape on them!
So I gave up on Undercover and went to Home Depot for it instead and applied the gasket-tape to the rails myself, because without a good seal the rails would allow water to leak under them into the bed. Plus, some screw-holes were off-center causing issues trying to get it aligned squarely on the sides of the bed. Plus, there were a couple of other "quality/workmanship" problems, but won't go on to this post isn't TOO long. ;-)
Overall, not a happy experience, but it's been on there for a while now and it does the job -- now! Was it worth $1K? Don't think so, but all these tri-folds cost about that, and it's installed now so I'll be using it for a while to get at least SOME use out of it. However, if I end up keeping my truck longer than first thought (due to the insane auto-industry "market conditions" and with no end in sight to the mess), I may get a better (and more secure) hard bed-cover in the future -- most likely the one made by Renegade...way more expensive, true, but probably one of the best available.

Bill, thanks for taking the time to comment on my post, , I'm glad you took the time to list the problems you were having with the cover. I researched for weeks before purchasing because I didn't know if I wanted a tri-fold or a roll-out and this one kept standing out to me. I did put a question mark after the best, because I can't know as a budget conscious shopper which one is the best. I tried to do my homework so I appreciate that you would share your experience for other shoppers so they can make an honest decision. I recieved no benefit from posting this, and I may change my mind in the future but I feel it fits my needs and looks good. The bulkhead sea and side rail gaskets are an absolute necessity and for them not to be included is careless of Undercover. I removed mine to check the seals and it is holding up so far. Again sorry you had a bad experience, but thank you for sharing for other people who are shopping for a cover. Take care!

      @@wanderkindus You're welcome, FWIW. :-)
One of the "other things" since you mentioned the front bulkhead gasket: I didn't even use the bulkhead gasket/seal they included -- well, I DID but removed it -- as IMO, it was too thick and too wide. Got some 1/2" wide and 3/8" thick high-density (and water-proof) window gasket material (also from Home Depot) to use instead. Even the directions telling you to "center" the gasket on the top of the front bulkhead was NOT the BEST place to put it, so I put it along the inner edge of the bulkhead so the gasket on the bed-cover actually well-overlaps the bulkhead foam gasket, making a nice "drip-edge" AND covers the foam gasket to protect it from sun (UV) damage -- and NO leaking.
What a mess all that was, as simple as all these hard tri-folds these are to install.
But like yours, the cover HAS been doing pretty well otherwise, so I'll just leave it. Besides, I decided then it was too big/heavy to re-pack/box-up, go through the hassle of shipping it back, finding/buying some OTHER brand's hard tril-fold, etc.
From what I gather though, Truck Hero owns a number of bed-cover brands, so I Truck Hero is the parent company of Undercover (and others).
Still, won't be buying an Undercover product again, partly because their Customer Service Dept. NEVER called me to discuss the problem, as I only worked with Undercover via the Customer Service Dept. of the store I got it from: RealTruck.com...a lady there was GREAT helping me get the replacement rails even if Undercover wasn't directly involved with me personally.
But the reason I ordered it vs. getting it from a local 4x4 store is because they didn't HAVE any in-stock (rubber/metal shortages) so the manufacturer couldn't even MAKE them back then (early Summer of 2021) AND the store said it'd be "weeks" waiting for the Undercover Ultra Flex to arrive in-store, so I tried to find them online -- I finally did find some in-stock @ RealTruck and had them ship me one.
Anyway, I hope all the above clarifies things somewhat. ;-)
My Gladiator didn't come with the OEM Mopar spray-in bed-liner, but that was no big deal as I knew I was going to get a hard-cover on the bed anyway -- not only to keep the weather out (snow & ice here mainly in Colorado!) but also for some "out of sight" security so I could carry stuff/luggage back there, especially since many hotels -- even if the more "upscale" brand name hotels -- are NOT in great parts of town (lots of street-trash/transients about, especially at night) so I wanted SOME security as hotel parking lots aren't that safe really. AND (of course) it keeps cargo/luggage dry on road-trips in case it rains -- I don't like to clutter the cabin with stuff/luggage unless necessary! ;-)
The Undercover provides those things as well as any of the other ~$1K-priced hard tri-folds do -- they all are almost identically designed & constructed. I guess I was just unlucky getting one from Undercover at the time I HAD to get mine, but a long road-trip (CO to TX and then back to CO) was coming up so I couldn't wait any longer. Like you, I also researched the hard tri-folds and thought Undercover was one of the better ones.

@@billredding2000 Yeah, I live in Florida and we bought it because we are headed to the mountains this week for a trip. With our dog and kid there isn't enough room in the JT for a week's worth of gear. Last time we went I bought a large Rubbermaid container, so this is so much better than that. I had to keep an eye on it everytime we stopped. Sorry your experience was bad, I was lucky in all the parts were in the box for the install. I did move the bulkhead seal back towards the rear of the bulkhead and glad I did because after removing the cover the indentation from the pressure shows me at almost the exact center of the tape. One thing I like is that I can pack gear front to back and just access the stuff I need when I need it. I went back over all my seals and I have been checking it after I pressure wash clean the truck with no leaks. So again I guess I got lucky there. I appreciate your input as hopefully anyone researching bed options will spend a minute with your experience to get some idea of what to watch out for. Take care Bill, cya on the road!

@@wanderkindus do you mind sharing again what is the best position for the bulk head tape ? I saw some videos saying center and a couple said at bottom edge that is closer to the bed and not center or top edge closer to the window ? Thanks 🙏

@Ben Dor I would put it about the center of the rail. I would also recommend maybe buying a better weather seal with a strong tape as I recently had to redo my weather seal at the front there because it came loose. 3M makes an extra strong tape. When you lay the front of the cover down you just want the best seal possible. I haven't had any leaking issues with mine, we carry all our gear when we travel and never had a problem.

Had a dealer install it on my 22 Silverado and when it rained it leaked took it back to the dealer and they worked on it and gave up and ordered another one after waiting for it for a month they put the second one on it leaked less! Buy a ten dollar tarp it will work as well as this one does!!

Sorry Gary I missed this comment, I've had a few people that said it leaked. I didn't have any issues with it. I do have a few complaints about it now that it's been over a year, but it still isn't leaking. Maybe the difference in the Jeep version vs. the Silverado. Take care!

will this work for a 22 willys sport?

Yes it will. There are a few different tri=fold options but I have been really happy with this one. Just don't set anything with sharp edges on top because the finish will scratch.
