Don't use marbel crushed sand. It changes the water parameters. Marbel induced carbonic acid in your tank. Use the white or black sand you get in any local pet store. Gourami prefers a soft substrate so does the angel. So, it won't be suitable for angels and gouramis.

Bhai koi set rules nehi hai ke kitne dino me pathhar ko saaf karenge. Usually mai apna tank me pathhar ko kabhi saf nehi karta hoon... Bas agal bagalse kachra siphon karke utha leta hoon. But agar bohot algae hogaya hai to aap hydrogen peroxide se spot treatment kar sakte hai. But best solution hai pathhar ko utha ke sidha ubalte hue pani me daal ke 20-30min tak ubaliye aur fir tooth brush se clean karke thanda hone pe tank me wapas daal de... Nothing can beat the heat... Substrate kya hai? I mean soil or marbel chips? If marbel chips it will be there for a few months and then go away if soil then you should do a gravel vaccum.
I have already uploaded a video on aquarium safe rocks. Even if you buy the rocks from aquarium shop doesn't mean it will be safe for your tank. I have shown a test with which you can check any rocks.

Sir iv been watching your videos very informative, I have just setup a new planted aquarium and I’m a beginner. I installed a 40w submersible filter, but when I switch it on all my java moss and some of my plants are getting uprooted from the substrate coz of the pressure. I’m using contro soil only, no gravels or any other substrate and my tank is 100 litres. Can you please guide me how many watts filter I should use, or should I add gravel to prevent plants from uprooting.
Use pebbles or something to stop the uprooting but don't cover the entire plants. Try to keep a portion of it outside in light otherwise they will melt away. Your filter is okay.

May be the sand was not fully cleaned. It took more than a least 50 water changes and 1 hour of thorough cleaning to prepare just 1kg of Fiji sand.. videos are coming very soon...
