@@undergroundriptiles7005 It's not just kids these days. Even back in the day Eminem lyrics easily went over lots of people's heads if they are not hip-hop heads. Some of the double and triple entendre stuff Em puts out is hard to catch. Nearly impossible to catch all of them on a first listen

Forever was Eminem’s return to hip-hop. He was gone for about 5 years dealing with Proof’s death and 😅vet coming his addiction. So people were thinking Eminem wasn’t going to bring it at first.
They all rewrote there verses/ re free styled when they heard Eminems verse, Eminem didn’t rewrite or re free style anything but if he did tho they would be no where near him he is just that good also drake has ghost writers

It's so crazy to me even on a song amongst some of the greatest there ever were all in their peaks eminem is universally penned in with the greatest verse. That forever verse is unbelievably hard but knowing the back story of it forcing a peak kanye to go rewrite his verse is a whole new level of greatness

Eminem was absent in this period of time. He wasn't making tracks, this was his come back to the game with the hottest at the moment and he let you know at this point that he is one of the greatest of all time.
This was really wholesome, Wayne had the second best talking about a pillow and sleeping on the gas.
If you listen closely to the song he was dissing all them at the very beginning of his verse. Em had the best verse then Wayne, Kanye went and rewrote his verse after hearing Em verse

The dissing is so outright, he killed his verse, and he already knew he took the song when he wrote it. The confidence on display, and the talent to back it up, is why he's the GOAT.

The OD bar is like you know, say xanax bars, since he OD's on benzo sleeping-pill's. So he is refferring to the pill as the bars when he says he ain't had as hard bars since he OD't. Knox Hill has a live he recorded on his channel explaining the beefs Em had in the early 2000s He spoke on Benzino and played all the diss tracks from Benzino and Em when they were going at it Em didn't start the beef that was Benzinos doing when he went at Em on a mixtape so Em responded and also Benzino was one if the owners of the hip hop magazine The Source 4 or 5 mics meant you were the shit and anything lower meant you were wack so Benzino gave Em low mics on purpose because he was butthurt over the beef and the fact that Em is a white rapper and now the beef has restarted on wax cuz Benzino has been talking shit about Em for the last 10yrs on podcasts and interviews so Em decided say fk it ima go at him so then came doomsday and Benzino put out Vulturius and Rap Elvis Benzino name dropped other ppl including a rapper named Cashis so Cashis put out two diss tracks called Pray for Benzino and Femzino and there's more going on but this is long enough already lol just watch @knoxhill and @cliffbeats they will bring you up to speed on the rest

I use to fanboy Em hard on this one. And it probably is the hardest. but man after 15 years, all this hits home. Drake having to start these legends hits us with the "last name Ever, first name Greatest" like a sprained ankle.... the sprained ankle line is underrated IMH.
