A combination of SR, frequent fasting (I usually fast two days a week), cold showers, clean diet, no smoking or drinking, exercise, Yoga breathing and meditation techniques like Pranayama, living alone (when on SR, it is important for a man to be in solitude for a certain period of time or forever if he chooses to) will make an ordinary man turn super saiyan.

This same thing happened to me. Two wet dreams Tuesday nights and one without a dream on Thursday. I think it’s all apart of the process, but it definitely has removed some of my benefits.
@@jacknegley6813 There are a few methods for reducing and eliminating wet dreams. First and the most important, try not to think of sexual thoughts throughout the day. Remember, the mind controls your body and not vice versa. If you notice your mind starting to think about lustful thoughts, quickly recognize that pattern and think of something else that is not related to sex or distract yourself by taking a little walk if you are at work. This helps you be more present and more attentive to your thought patterns. Eventually, you will be in good control of your thoughts.
Avoid sugar and heavy dinner at night before going to bed. Also try to avoid sugar completely or at least minimize it to a great extent. Sugar plays a major role in getting wet dreams.
Practice Frequent Fasting. Personally, I fast two days a week (no food and no water) but you can start with no food.
Fasting not only helps in reducing and/or eliminating nocturnal emissions but also it accelerates and intensifies the benefits of SR.
Practice Yoga first thing you wake up and immediately before going to bed. Check out 'Pranayama breathing' on TH-cam.
Delete all social media (especially Instagram, Tiktok, Snapchat). Personally, I only use TH-cam.
Try sleeping on the floor a few days a week. The floor is a hardened spot, so your mind won't be as coaxed to think about sexual thoughts as when sleeping on the warm, soft bed. I started sleeping on the floor once I hit 50 days because I noticed from prior streaks that from day 50 and beyond, that is when I used to experience wet dreams. Sleeping on the cold floor helps a tonne in reducing or completely eliminating wet dreams.
Do not sleep on your stomach. Sleep in your back or side.
