Relapsing is very serious and create demonic covenants. You have to start over spiritually. You were tricked dealing with lust and Satan send you the right one to relapse. God doesn’t condone fornication. We are on this journey to better ourselves physically mentally emotionally financially and spiritually. Most of us are on SR for the wrong reason. Trying to find a wife on SR means that you can’t control your urges and want a quick fix. We have to control our lust before marriage. Place ourselves in the best position as possible for self improvement. There’s no satisfying our flesh. If we continue to fornicate and place our desires before the Word of God, we will be exposed.

If you’re reading this keep going days truly don’t matter just finish day 0 and you’ll be ight after that u can count days if you want, just don’t get lost in the sauce, and if you haven’t been beating everyday but relapse every now and then good news you’ll start to see results immediately after 3 days but you have to self-improve not just sit on your ass building useless energy, 3 days of hard work better than a week of not doing shii, I’ve tested this over and over trust😂

What I try to focus on is when the hard feelings arise to the surface, I know that my brain wants that fix to numb those emotions without really resolving them and just going through the pain and healing from it. You are basically taking the emotional pain head-on while others try to numb it with vices including cornography. What I do is desperately seek God instead of falling into lust because God doesn’t want you to sin against your own body. You are basically numbing the pain (whatever it is) rather than choosing to seek God’s help and avoid that quick fix. It is an endless cycle that the majority of men choose to be on. It isn’t easy to let it go even with God, but all things are possible with Jesus. God bless. 👋
