Would have always gone for golden naala in that spot - that’s the difference between 10k and 16k. Crazy game, great flow. Biggest thing I learned was how you play infinite comps so smoothly and efficiently. It seems you focus on min/maxing actions over value at a certain point - like taking oils over disco deathrattle because it’s faster, or buying cards like the 4/4 6 drop spell because they’re efficient stats, and fast, regardless of cost. Really cool thanks for the video.
The less time you have, the more value even cards get and the less value economy gets, since it takes time to use and needs more time to be used. It is constant balance between those two to end the turn with 0 gold left.

One tiny error I think I noticed is that at 8:03 roughly, you buy the atrocity triple instead of the ele that triples with anything and would’ve done the same triple atrocity but it has 8/8 vs 7/7 so you missed 1/1 not game ending but a small detail
There simply were not enough players currently searching for a game, and they don't want high k players to just be sitting and waiting, and they would also play against the same people way too often if they did change to that. The 8k loses way less anyway since the lobby has a 16k.
There's like a 100 players total at 12k+, so it's unlikely to find players in a 1 minute Q window. At 10k you start to consistently be in the top lobby. At 8-9k you Q about 50-50 top lobby vs ones where you recognize several players and the difference in tempo is huge
