Will be enrolling in acadboost for jee 2023 drop year but I have a doubt that this year I got less than 75% in 12th and 88%tile in mains so will also be giving 12th improvement in 2023 so there won't be any problem in counselling if having 2 marksheets original and improvement

at least in IIT Bombay you can do a few semesters in other colleges but only for some college (and with some foreign universities) - you'll have to check for "exchange programs"

Assuming you are not passionate about either of them, I'll say that you should go for engineering as the stakes are lower. You have plenty of regular colleges where you can at least get a degree in engineering and move abroad to work, even if you flunk JEE. If you fail NEET, however, there's no way you'll be able to afford private medical colleges (with fees like 50+ lakh) unless you are rich.

@Kartik A. atleast full mechanics portion in physics and try to do full maths of class 11th or atleast these : FOM , quadratic equations , sequence and series
Try to master general relativity,quantum mechanics and finish reaction mechanisms.....otherwise you will face problems in 11th
