I have exactly same views I was just lecturing my younger sister about this 😅 People learn at different rates For example I can learn any task at a very fast rate relatively but I tend to forget it early if I dont practice enough But my sister learn slowly but she retain it for a much longer period . And one more question when I am reading anything i could not understand it in once then I started continuous reading and I am able to understand things now clearly but there arises a another problem It tooks a lot of time to read one page earlier it tooked me 30 mins to read one page but now it tooks lot more that that I understand all the things now but how to increase my pace to that 30 mins
At least 6 hour is required for a long run. But for the mind to work fresh we should not cut the drastic time in sleep. U will not last with it even for a week.
