Establishing a Straw-Based Business for Sustainable Income | Zielonka Farm | FS 22 | Timelapse #09

Welcome back to the Zielonka Farm Timelapse. Continuing our barley harvest, we transition our machinery to the next field, ensuring seamless operations. Simultaneously, our mill remains in full swing, supplying flour to the local bakery. Once the barley harvest is complete, we swiftly move on to harvesting wheat.
As the grain harvest draws to a close, we return our combine and other equipment to their designated spots in the yard. Additionally, we finalize the production of straw bales. With ample quantities of straw bales and a surplus with no immediate use, we opt to invest in launching a new venture- a straw processing business. Plans are underway for constructing a workshop dedicated to crafting straw hats and accessories, alongside a nearby storage facility for the finished goods.
Utilizing the ANDERSON RBM2000 bale stacker attached to the FENDT Favorit Vario 900 tractor, we commence the collection of straw bales, transporting them to the newly established workshop. Here, water is delivered via tank, initiating the production of straw-based products.
Upon clearing the fields of straw bales, we deploy the FIAT 160-90 DT tractor equipped with a spreader filled with granular fertilizer to nourish the soil. Subsequently, a tractor with a cultivator is employed to till the fertilized fields.
While the hired worker is cultivating the fields after fertilizing, we attach a platform trailer to the tractor and head to the storage facility where straw products have already accumulated. Laden with goods, we head to the village, targeting high-rise buildings, where our products garner considerable interest and yield substantial profits upon successful sales.
