I'm kinda glad they didn't end it with her saying, "you did all that--just for me?" I hate when shows and movies do that. No person would ever actually react positively to that sort of thing.
@@averythecoolcat I haven't seen the show but judging by the clips I've seen and that staement you just made I think Alex pretending to be in favor of a political movement that can affect lives vs pretending to know an art you don't know is a little different.
@@emmabennett7699 I'm referring more to how much of an ass he makes of himself to accomplish this. You just have to see that episode - believe me, in that regard, it's not much different. He went for an audition and did this ridiculous ass dance, it was hilarious. 😄
It was a reverse discrimination act like pushes for diversity. Making sure certain groups get ahead, not by qualifications but for skin color, sexuality or political bent.

I totally agree. This is a much more realistic reaction.
@Daniel Treadwell I completely agree
Well, later Alex made a fool of himself again by faking being a dancer to get a girl and he did get her that time.

Tina Yothers was always there right on time with the Alex digs. Lol
bring back that sweater!
Is it yours?
This scene was so painful to watch.....
Amazing.
Even when he's an asshole, Alex's family is there for him.
Mine cut my throat--one centimeter at a time.
That sucks. Alex rocks.
When someone makes one heck of a deception like that, that means backstabbing!
Alex's hero Richard Nixon supported the ERA.
This show was kind of funny back in the day.
This sitcom still beats more modern comedies. Many of the 80s sitcoms were great.
@@jenpeterson3712 For sure! A lot better.
GOAT show right before the Cosby show !! Those were the days !!
Is that Tracy Nelson? Looks like it is.
I didnt know Tracy Nelson was a guest star, ha
I'm getting tired of these dam internet commercials !
They're a pain
@@jenpeterson3712 yes they are
Equal rights amendment
What the heck is the ERA?
Equal Rights Amendment. It's kind of like a law asking for affirmative action, but for women.
ERA stands for the Equal Rights Amendment.
