Well, I made it like I said I would. Had to improvise. I used homegrown fresh perpetual spinach instad of cabbage cos I didn't have any. And mung beans to replace tomatoes cos I didn't have any o' those either. It's still bloody delish, thanks, Cynth! 😋 Love Jax

You can use corn, quinoa, etc., it really is up to you and what's available. I used to hold my Nourish retreat here in Bali, but of course because of the current situation, I had to put it on hold.
