Narcissist the most over used and incorrectly used word of the last cpl years .All therapist , psychiatrists , or any one in the field should do a PSA “ You can’t diagnose or even minutely know if someone is a narcissist from a video or clip.We have diagnostic tests and criteria for a reason. Doesn’t matter 😂what the video is about.. if a person isn’t shown as an angel then you will always have someone confidently proclaiming the subject as a narcissist. The psychopath and sociopath fad that was going around a couple years has turned into this . I have to say that the fact that you have so many different police departments is crazy. This is why there’s a problem with speaking to each other re arrests and warrants. In Australia, we have the state police, who cover the entire state. One police department for each state or territory. Other than that the is the Australian Federal Police who typically look after completely different issues, ie immigration status, import of drugs, etc., and cover the entire country. The criminal records for each state or territory are held by that police department. So if someone is arrested in Melbourne and then in Bendigo, our information bureau has everything in one location. Every arrest in the state is logged at the central location. Much easier to check these matters if there’s any issue. It’s the same with our Office ofCorrections who look after offenders on Probation and C.B.O’s, all handled by the state government department. Absolutely love Judge Simpson, such a good and fair man. But BS him at your peril 😅

They could find out instantly, but are not required to. This is not a cause for more taxation when we're already taxed more than enough.

Never lie to Judge Simpson is absolutely correct!! This man tried playing the system over something that was easily verifiable to Judge Simpson coming straight from the prosecutor. What are these people thinking? Honesty nowadays is something rare as treasure. Love the way Judge Simpson runs his courtroom. Oh, and I cannot imagine Mr. Gatti in front of a jury with the uhhhs and ahhs every other word. Horrible public defender.

Matthew has issues….and Judge Simpson pays pretty close attention to what people say….as others have stated..don’t lie and be quiet…don’t say anything about anything….not even the weather. The more people try and talk themselves out of trouble the more they get into trouble….in trying to do the right thing….and it just so happens he has to take care of his kids and pick them up at school🙄🤷🏻‍♀️

He did look surprised when they said he was arrested. I had a friends brother who was arrested on a bench warrant for someone with the same name. It took months to get it straighten out. The had to call the jail staff to trial to say he was not the guy that was originally in jail with the same name which meant the warrant he was picked up was not him.

Especially with the “I’m not gonna get ya to stop talking am I!?” Idk why ppl think that when their in court as a defendant that them talking to the judge or prosecutor as if they are a friend is gonna help them. USE YOUR RIGHT TO REMAIN SILENT! You have an attorney let him speak & you do not speak unless spoken to & still do not open your mouth until your attorney says go ahead or he objects to the question
