I had sister cats for 19-21 years and I still miss them terribly.
I just finished putting up my Christmas tree and decorating my room. I love it. Every year it just makes me smile. I’m a 61 year old kid at heart!
Lovely projects. I’ll have my daughters saving corks this year! Pumpkin really liked that project!

When You are in Leeds next time, go into John Lewis shop in Leeds and you can fill a tin of quality street sweets choose as much of your favourite flavours
Wow i wish we had a john lewis here in northern ireland i would be filling my box with toffee pennys and toffee fingers covered in choc with a few fudge ones for good measure i wish they would do a box of soley the toffee ones ... i guess i can dream or take a flight to leeds and stock up.for the entire year lol px
What a lovely video Mr Carrington, I love the candle. Little tip for coloured candles. I get my tapered candles from a company called Shearer Candles, the candles are solid block candles and the colours do not run. I loved all your craft ideas and of course your lovely little helpers❤❤❤
Hi Mr. C! The cork wreath was clever use of old corks. I really liked the snowflake tree and thought it turned out very cute. I don't think I could do the candle tree though because I'd probably end up slicing or burning myself. Great DIY ideas all the same. The kitties stole the show as always. ❤ Much love from Fort Worth, Texas! 🤠🎄❄
We used get half a log of wood,put a spoon of wet polifilla in the middle the put a candle in it ,add fresh christmas foliage, spray with gold spray,leave to dry.

Add just a few little leafs on the wreath helping the berries pop. I do love your wreath idea I have so many corks.

The cork wreath you could use year round as table decor. Just put a Pilar candle in the center.
Do like the little wooden star tree, lovely to see you had some help from the kitties xx

A+ for weirdly eccentric! 😂 When you opened the box of corks, you took me back to 1979 - when I first visited my soon-to-be English father-in-law in Hove. He pulled open a large drawer which was filled with corks! When I exclaimed my bemusement, he told me he was “saving them up for the World Cork Shortage”! (This was before I learned the British sense of irony! 🤣😂😅🙋♀️🥰🇺🇸‼️
The cork wreath turned out better than expected! I'll start saving my corks now for next year.

I'm thinking some green moss tucked into the open spots in the cork wreath could cover as you go. That way you wouldn't be poking through another layer. ❤ them all. Great, easy ideas! ❤🇺🇸

You could paint the wreath in a neutral colour before adding the corks this hides the white loved the video xx

Hey Iwan, thanks for this crafting vid. I ended up making a cork wreath this morning. And cut all my corks in half( makes it much easier to apply them to the wreath base ). And I used garden wire & added different coloured & sized wooden beads to a twig wreath form. I also added some fabric mistletoe leaves. It turned out really well and I’m very pleased. Thanks for the inspiration! Cheers and have a great week.

Great DIY projects! Simple and effective! The three trees look very good together!
Another "solution" to use to cover gaps in a Wreath is to wrap a length of
Ribbon around it, making sure to go over the gaps.
Then, add a bow to finish it. Small glass ornaments would look nice also. Just hot glue them into place.
The snowflake tree would be a great craft project for children! Stringing beads onto a wire and then, adding the snowflakes would give them a great sense of satisfaction! Gifts for Aunts, Uncles, and
Grandparents! Very clever idea of yours.🎉🎉🎉

Could also use bottle tops on the cork wreath to fill the gaps, just glue a wire to the backs, then stab in to the wreath form where needed.

Great ideas. Nice call drilling on the wood board, lol. That was classic with the pizza pan. The kittens were great helpers, nosy creatures that they are. All the cats I've had over the years were the same. The candle turned out pretty good - burning yourself for your crafts, lol. The green area was a plus on them and all three look nice together. I'm completely mystified by the 'santa on the train' lamp, I remember when you picked it up and now here it is as decor that actually made it out of the boxes in the cupboard. LOL

Absolutely engaged with all of us. We all love to decorate for the season but, oh my, time to do all the ideas. I struggle but we all need to remember we just do our best. Thank you for recognising everyone has a limited timescale.

Pumpkin and Mittens are the best "helpers", lol. They both look like they've had another growth spurt. The wreath could be used again by putting different picks in for Spring, Easter etc. I love the xmas tree ideas, especially the one made of snowflake buttons, definitely want to try that. Like you, I'm not sure about the candle, but I like the three others a lot ! For this year, I will probably try the paper tree but I will keep the other tree and the wreath in mind for next year for sure.

I like the wooden snowflake tree best. Would the candle work with just heating up a sharp knife? Then the candle wouldn’t bend. The best thing though is your light-up train in the background - possibly my most favourite of your thrifted items ever!
I think the wax may snap if it’s not heated through ❤️

I like the cork wreath, good excuse for collecting corks ! I think the wine bar or restaurant idea is a good one, otherwise its up to me. Loved the cats joining in, shows how much they love your company, they are so cute.

I put cloves into small oranges and do a cross around the orange with ribbin and put a hole in the top to put a candle in it smells lovely

A suggestion for the paper tree you could maybe punch a hole in the centre of the bottom fold to give it a bit more stability

The paper Christmas trees is also lovely, I love the wooden tree, my back spray paint would've come in handy for that.

Iwan I saw that candle tutorial also it’s hot water not boiling 🤣 my fave was the cork wreath I would need to buy the corks as hubby and I don’t drink . I was watching one of my American TH-camrs and she bought that little light up train you have I can’t remember which shop she got it from so it’s originally from the states huni ,enjoyed you and the kittens crafting , big hugs to you all Katie 🎅🏻🎄🛷⛄️🌟❄️
