Your answer of 50 small chocolate bars cant be right as they are sold in packs of 4 and 50 doesn't divide by 4. I think you are trying to combine small chocolate bars and large chocolate bars as "chocolate bars" which doesn't work (and I think the numbers would be different).
I had the same thought. I think it would only work if the question would explicitly state that the small chocolates are packed in 4s but can be sold individually.And so we would have 12packs sold (48bars)and a half of a pack (two bars) which is 50. Otherwise we would have a hard time explaining to the shop owner why we have a half pack leftover.😅
