As a minerva loop player this matchup is fucking aids You literally can't get over the machinedra/chaosdra because retaliation is useless (they just trash sources) Only way you win is if they brick (which does happen sometimes)
Honestly i feel like Machinedra actually has pretty good matchups across the board. I really feel the reason its not more popular is because the most popular deck in the format used the de-digivolve mechanic
Analongman effect only redirects on attacks on players, not digimon

Have you considered looking at possible future deck lists? For example ex04 and so on
