Honestly I would love that we could have more options for weddings, and that the wedding itself be like a heart event, like a post 10 heart event that only triggers after a few days of being engaged with the bachelor or bachelorette of choice but that in the meantime you and your future husband/wife start planning what to do and their families or friends too, then the day of the wedding we get to the place of choice and be like a festival, with the option to talk to everyone and then a cutscene with the ceremony or something like that, that would make the game so much more immersive I think, and honestly Loved your guesses they were all on point in my opinion.

I think Maru would still bring the robot with her to help around, but she'll have an evening wedding instead of an afternoon one. She loves the stars as per her heart event, so it would make sense to also have a wedding under the stars ^-^ since she wants to also gather the entire town, the best open space and clear skies would be in front of the Community Center. I think at first she would want to be wed right where she likes to sit next to the CC, but the area is a bit cramped, so she moves the venue just a smidge for a whole lot more space and, well, space/sky!
I was thinking Emily also doing something traditional like Alex Bc she’s religious?? But she’s also so eccentric I can totally see the desert being her location
Penny's especially really captures her love of fantasy as you've suggested in previous videos of why Poppy flowers are a loved item for her. 10/10 she definitely gives like Dorothy(Wizard of Oz) vibes with the low twin buns
Very interesting choices. Could you please make the same for some characters from mods like Stardew Valley Expanded, Ridgeside or Eastscarp? Would love to see them as well. You don't have to do it of course. It's your choice after all.
I disapprove of wedding-culture as a whole but if I had to marry anyone in Stardew Valley I'd pick Sebastion just to skip the traditional ceremony and elope with him.
I agree with pretty much all of them, but I wonder if Penny would pick the community center if the player had that completed? Penny seems very family and community driven. She spends a lot of time in the library teaching Vincent and Jas, so maybe having her wedding there might make it feel a bit more like getting married at her place of work
OMG this video just made me realize we didn’t actually have the 1.6 update (I’m console player) I thought my game was glitched or messed up or something omg lol yay now I can experience the moss event (I literally went through two summers like what where is it?)
There’s a mod on nexus that adds more wedding locations and it’s great there all new places to I like the beach wedding the most though that one is wonderful
@@jasmine1327 the mod creator said they're working on the sprites not appearing during the wedding but... it's been silence since 2023 ;( I did some searching and apparently Ridgeside Valley allows you to have a reception after the ceremony at the hotel (1.6 compatible) and Paisely's Bridal Boutique provides a boutique to do bridal shopping in (also 1.6 compatible). It seems there's no wedding venue mod that's for 1.6 yet :((
