I’ve traveled to Seattle to see TOP tonight! Just sitting in my hotel room getting ready. 🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶 there concerts are out of this world. Try Holding On To You and Trees at the Fox Theatre! You won’t be disappointed!
I went to night 1 of their Clancy tour last week - you won’t regret it if you go! I’ve been to two of their concerts now and it’s hands down the best one I’ve been to.
I enjoy watching reactions when there is a specific point of view, whether it be technical or creative. As a fellow writer, screenwriter, actor , musician and podcaster, I am looking forward to more of your reactions to Twenty One Pilots. In my opinion, they are one of the best lyricists I have ever come across. From the complexity of their productions to the emotional and mental themes of their music, they are simply the best modern band to date. I love their track “ode to sleep” it is a good representation of their style, lyric prowess, and history. I would highly recommend their track “Holding on to you”
This song, and band, really are something very special. They get right to the heart of the human experience for so many, and have saved so many lives. Not to mention, Tyler is pretty much second to none as a poet, and can pretty much do everything! If you haven't yet, I would HIGHLY recommend checking out their latest album, Clancy. There's a music video for every song, and every song is amazing. "Next Semester" and "Routines In The Night" are two of my faves!
This is the song that made me fall in love with these two. Introduced with Heavy Dirty Soul from a video game, then stressed out/ride on the radio forced me to check them out deeper and Car Radio was the first song I looked up! Going to see them for the 2nd time this year in Minnesota!
I'm glad you addressed how someone can be perfectly fine in silence, but can still succumb to the endless distractions and dopamine hits which is a fact of modern life today. It has gotten so hard for me to focus on tasks in the last few years and feel like I am developing "ADHD", when really I know it is just my brain being over-stimulated. The importance of having some silence (no music, no phone, no TikTock videos) in your day, every day, can not be under-appreciated. While our own thoughts can run wild in the silence, we will never learn how to confront, dissipate, or address those thoughts unless we take the time to sit with them. Feel them. And then, maybe let go of them. Car Radio is one of my favorite TOP songs to this day. The pure emotion to song carries rings true to this day, and I think it will for a long time to come. Get in that TOP rabbit hole and get ready for more amazing songs!!
Ive always loved the simple line of somebody stole my car radio and now i just sit in silence it really makes you think Which plays amazingly into the middle of the song He wants to use his songs to make people to think because to think is to be alive
Wow all I can tell is that if you go down the rabbit hole you'll appreciate even the nuances behind stressed out! Car radio made me fall in deep deep love with twenty one pilots, a visceral feeling
growing up on TOP, i love hearing that people are still just now getting into the band. makes me happy that there are new fans experiencing the amazingness of these guys.

This band changed my life I’m now 40 I found them 6 years ago and I’m so glad I did. For the first time in my life I didn’t feel so alone. You should listen to oldies station or snap back off the new album they are amazing honestly the whole album is amazing lol
