This was so well-timed! My husband and I are planning to add more fruit trees to our "food forest," but when I looked at pear trees, I thought, "You know, I love the one we have!" But it's at least 48 years old! I was wondering if I could start some of the seeds, and now I know. Next winter will be my time. Thank you for the instructions!
