It's fun how Liyue's trailers have much more references to ancient culture/mythology. It likely is the region Hoyoverse chose to develop the most. The company is chinese so it makes sense, but at the same time it makes me almost sad that they don't put more attention into other region's background.
Well to be fair, they did justice to other regions when it comes to references from places, names, npcs clothes, festivals, some tradition, and the best one is music. But they must gave their region some *special* treatment, and i don't mind as long as it's good (and it is good, heck i want to experience every year lantern rite and learn more about the adepti and the story of guili)
maybe they are not sure if they are right about those references, so to avoid giving a wrong delivery they chose not to have so many references in other regions.
Actually no, they may give perahps a but more attention to liyue but they still do ALOT for other regions like mond and its architecture matching with germany and the church of fav is also a reference. Venti him self is a reference to bards
Inazuma ofc shogun and samurai’s the enemy samurais we fight are also references.
Sumeru dessert is a reference and its egyptian theme is a reference and its quite accurate. All the sumeru characters are references to multiple figures in whatever culture[s] they were inspired from

at 38:50 i just realized when cyno says "every soul will be weighed" might be referencing to egyptian mythology, where in the afterlife they weigh your heart on a scale against a feather, in which cyno is holding a feather right before that scene!
The “it takes two to tango” is just a common phrase we use in English…it translate to “it takes two to dance” as well. Tango in the demo wasn’t talking real tango dance.

Xiao’s Name being shattered could reference the fact that Xiao isn’t his real name. Xiao was the name given by Zhongli after he saved Xiao from a god who abused him. His real name is Alatus, revealed in his Character Lore and the Perilous Trail Event…

Raiden’s and Wanderer’s Demos have a similar format, possibly for the fact that both are “related”:
+ Starting and Ending with a Bird segment, with a Crow for Raiden and a Finch for Wanderer…
+ Many Glitch effects throughout the Demos but become most apparent after the Burst Cast and beat drop…

@@bunyumie his real name is actually alatus. Sure it may be a title but that is his given name. General alatus is his title. All the other yakshas also have their real name as their titles. Xiao is his chinese, zhongli given name. And conqueror of demons is his adepti name.

One more detail in Alhaitham's demo: Cyno's cup moves from his right to his left, closer to where Alhaitham sits. And at the end Alhaitham says: "Boss, this is good wine. I'll have the same, please." Meaning he drank from Cyno's cup at some point.

I think the reason she says "It takes two to Tango" was because the way Amber asked the question implied that she was worried Eula had gotten into a fight. The phrase "It takes Two to Tango" is usually meant used to describe that you wont get into an argument if you dont argue, but Eula uses it as a pun in this case.
The two tails in Diona's outfit may be because she herself has a tail, yet normal employees do not, so another tail was added in addition to the normal single tail.

During Childe's demo there is a female treasure hoarder that uses an axe that is not in the game but is very similar to the female eremite with the same weapon
it actually is in the game, though only in the 2.4 lantern rite event with collecting the remnants of the jade chamber.
im pretty sure we also get a little glimpse of Snezhnaya right when childes demo starts
It is , with some other higher "rank" treasure hoarders guys. As some mentioned before me, it was in 2.4.
Also, in Chasm surface there is the World quest where you help some Millelith at raiding a treasure hoarder hideout, and at the end you fight waves of them consequently, one of them is a female treasure hoarder (the Boss of that Group) so there is a female who we can fight in permanent content
I think kokomi doesn't fly but it's more like she floats, like a bubble. Remember even in the main story quest, when she first appears she floats down to the battle field dramatically.
Also the fish in the box is most likely kokomi magic as well as she as a strategist comes up with the battle plan and then forwards the message to gorou her general. The box with the fish seems like a fool proof fast way of sending messages that couldn't be leaked and are free from any intervention from other people.

About Kaveh's demo 48:11 , there was a scene of the Sumeru Bird while Kaveh is in the background which I interpret as Nahida (as heavily implied in Nahida's story quest twice)
32:48 Only once I saw rain in the city, it was when Shenhe got released. During her quest, when you talk with Cloud Retainer, it starts raining. Right after talking with her, I entered the city immediately just curious if the rain would stop, to my surprise, it didn't. I had a video in my first account but I accidentally deleted it, BUT in my second account, I took some pictures! 💪 I still have them.

I would like to point out that in Dehya’s trailer, her punching a fellow Eremite was repeated. That scene was repeated probably because of Candace seeing the future. Candace said that her amber eye can see the future so it might referencing it in Dehya’s demo. That’s why the second that punching scene appeared, Candace interrupts the battle because she have seen it beforehand.
Since all of the waypoints are gone in the demos I know its just the aesthetics but I like to image its because maybe either the characters of teyvat can't see them or use them in lore as my tiny head cannon
i think the only one that comment about them are katherine in inazuma , when you ask if shes only one one or multiple, she says something like “dont you use the waypoints as well?”
If I am not wrong, the theory is they know they exist but dont know how to use them

The one time rain fell in cities was in the rebuilding the jade chamber quest the night before the battle. The entire map from Mondstadt to Inazuma was under constant rainfall including the cities. I assume it would apply to all the new 3.0+ areas too. Maybe even the desert.
