I’m going to disagree with a few of these. I bought a few and oh my God! You can smell the synthetic. You know how like when a car brakes is burning outX, yeah that level of synthetics.
A lot these you have to spray a few sprays once you open, then leave them untouched for some weeks or months to get rid of the synthetic smell and get to the actual scent. Annoying, yes but worth it eventually. I've even had to do that with some expensive perfumes
I will never agree with all those "90%~ similarities" everyone talking about... I tested some of the famous original/clones, and to me, it's very far from 90%. It's just VERY different quality, that can't be measured in %. I have oud for glory and 2ml oud for greatn. Although I find glory a decent perfume, greatness just smells expensive just like it costs. That 90% similarity you are talking about, is not how you actually feel them on your skin. To me it's not even 30%
Fragrance is subjective. Most people will never know the difference in the air. I say buy what you want and all of this will be cleared up. Didn't come to offend you.
Most of the people don't have money for expensive perfumes, so they want to believe in all those 90% similarities, but that's far from reality. To me, original/clones are usually so different, so I can't even measure it in %. They are just different, for the most part in terms of quality of ingredients. But that's very important.
You are very correct, but in the same breath, the 90% is probably going to smell very acceptable as a fragrance even if it doesn't come close to the OG... I also think it takes a person that is very passionate about fragrance to truly appreciate the scent that comes along with the heavy price tag... for a big chunk of us out there, we just want to smell good without crying about the payment afterwards

And nobody can tell the difference unless they nitpick the subtleness. 😂 Stop being butthurt and just wear what you want. Don’t belittle people who patrionize the clones.
