Great video! After watching one of your videos on the Valiant I have been watching many of your videos since. I had picked up this model two years ago, but i still haven't gotten it up in the air yet as that the cost of the motors for it are a bit more than what I could afford. I'm in no rush though, I'll be able to in due time. At 3:22 this aircraft balance kit did not come with my kit. I'll have to go online to Phoenix models and pick it up. Thanks again for another great video!
I think about putting a radial in just about everything with a sort of round cowl. The bank account tells me to forget it! I have my Saito radial in my Waco and that ain't going anywhere anytime soon.
I love your video very much and thank you so much for taking the time to post this beautiful video. Can you do a video sewing with your sergers machine please. Thank you so much.
I'd love to see me get one also! The reality is way different I am afraid. Maintaining my sites and making wing bags takes up all of my budget and time. I do make wing bags for that plane though!
I got this unit(Lysander) from Tower Hobbies just before the COVID. Now that I have completed two other projects I’m doing the Lysander. The hardware in the kit was ALL Garbage. So I will linkages ball joints Pull pull wire and make my own horns. I try to call , text and call Tower….. but NO reply. I’m putting in a smoke system and lights from Dave electronics. How can I post a pic?oh…. I got ALL paper hinges no pin hinges even for the flaps. No rails to mount my servos they have mounted holes in the covers.
Such a cool aircraft!
Really nice plane. The best of luck for your maiden flight.
Nice vid tom, that is one fine looking plane.
Great video. Beautiful bird. Thanks.
Awesome job as usual, Tom. Bring on the maiden video!
@thintz12 That is one awesome plane! Hope the maiden goes well and thank you for the advice. :)
