Thanks! No, you don't have to remember it - questions usually just ask you to explain why a displacement reaction happen e.g. "why did the lead lump in the copper sulphate change colour?" which you explain in terms of reactivity.
it covers most but misses some small parts, i'd watch the paper 1 and paper 2 video before an exam (if you can) because that will probably cover everything for both exams, i think they sometimes crossover. im saying this after i used the paper 1 physics video a day before the exam and i think i did pretty well, i think the only thing it didnt cover is radiation (or i just ignored it because i thought i knew it all)
