Hello my friend. It’s been a little while. Looks like you’ve got a nice set of belly dumps. I have no doubt you’ll fix the few problems they have and I want to see the paint job that’s on the horizon. I’ll be checking in for that next vid. Good luck. Yogi Bear South Texas.
They look like something you can work with. The will look good painted 🟧! I noticed that, out west you guys like the twin bottom dumps over tub dumps, why is that? I have seen photos of triples. That's a long rig. Want to see it loaded. 👍👍👍
Nice set Fruehaufs are king. Whole set as those usually weight in at 12,000-14,000 depending on what size wheels tires and metal patch work. For ur dump valves switch with versa valves. Theres a place in la area u can send ur old ones to be rebuilt called versa tech I believe.
Very nice. I'm north of Minden, I'll be on the lookout for your equipment. I bet they'll be great when you get them painted the way you want. The aluminum wheels are sharp.
It depends how they’re built and wheels on them. These are light, front trailer is around 7k lbs and the rear trailer is around 9k on the tagged weight. Might be a little less now with the aluminum wheels.
Nice purchase. Hope they do what you want need done. Look forward to seeing progress on them
Thank you!
Lookin great!
Thank you!

Depends how the trailers are built but some can haul more weight. These trailers can turn on a dime but don’t ask me to back up. It’s a pain.
Switches are full open or close. Use the chains to set how far they open. Good looking fleet man love the videos
Thank you!
@@cfnevada you’re welcome! Run separate switches for each trailer obviously
@@kevak907 will do! got the switches wired in the cab. Need to get new control valves on the trailers, they’re old and need to be replaced.

Awesome! I was just looking online for a new set and trying to match up these old ones to something. Might be easier to just have them rebuilt.

Anyone know exactly how much aluminum doubles weigh
