I hope one day Mel Blanc's voice for Gideon (if it still exists, that is) gets found and released to the public. I also wonder if he would've sung "Hi-Diddle-Dee-Dee" in those recordings because that would be awesome for Mel Blanc to have sung a Disney song!

She reminds me more of Ginger Rogers, who was a big star at RKO Radio (Disney’s distributor from 1936 til about 1953) at the time.
