It's NOT about his age. It's about his cognitive status. I've had patients on my caseload (occupational therapy) who've had dementia at 60 and people who are cognitively intact at 90. However, when a person has dementia, they exhibit the same signs that Biden presents with.
I have found 100/100 that when something doesn't seem right, it isn't.
