What area is this and how far is the location to Mayo Clinic Phoenix or Scottsdale? Thanks!

We went to a few different areas around the Phoenix metro for this video and all those places are within 15-30 minutes of Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale 😊 There is a ton of new construction closer to Mayo Clinic as well if you are interesting in finding something in that area. If so just reach out to our team and we're happy to help you find what you're looking for 🏠

But why are all made from the same cardboard staff. From wood. Wouldn't have been nice had they been made from tiles and concrete. Or had they been more expensive. I want your opinion.

The materials used have a few reasons: cost, availability, climate. 🏠 These materials are used for building new homes here since it makes the homes more affordable, they can be built on time since the resources are available, and they are able to hold up to the climate here. ☀️ If they did use materials like concrete, brick, stone, tile, etc it would take a lot longer and be much more expensive. But I agree that those materials usually last longer and result in a higher quality property 😊

It defeats the purpose of a home ownership if it’s under HOA or a rental.

Depends on the person and the reasons for buying a home, but yeah there are some people who prefer to not have any HOA. 🏠

    What community is this?

It's the Union Park community in North Phoenix! There are multiple builders in this community and the floorplans and homes are gorgeous! 😍
