Pilipino culture: if u are kind to anyone,he/she will also return kindness to u
FYI in the Phil. : Rice is still uncooked
    Kanin is cooked rice
Palay is rice(still uncooked) with husk skin still attach to it

you need to be polite when asking and if someone dont give you what you want do not insult them by giving what you ask for. its probably misunderstanding with the way you talk to them. sometimes people used multimedia to destroy other people.

Filipino we are always crazy. I agree on what you said not understanding but where he did insult someone there? . We have never been thankful. This guy travel to do things that even is we don’t do because of our selfishness. I don’t think you just want to vent but you also need to look deeply and understand “HE IS TELLING HOW GOOD WE ARE even though we are selfish and not helping our fellows . Anyway be positive , this guy does good things . At peace

You must say "you hàve food coz am hungry.....they don't understand what you say..bec. you said rice..must be you have kanin? O in bisaya kan-on..and rice is not cook yet so they wont let to give you for food to eat...say correct meaning of word you say....filipino are very hospitality, we even borrow money from other or neighbor just to let give you food what you want because you need help for feed.

Hello my friend . You are completely right . I didn’t know the. Difference between cocked and uncooked rice. As for hospitality, I have never seen hospitable people like the Fililino in all 18 countries I visited so far . Thank you so much

Honestly, it's probably, you scare the people away by the way you approach and speak to them.
