@@theclavers what was REALLY happening when they brought out the bottle of alcohol, is your prompt to open that bottle. You would obviously then have to pay for it. As it was, there was no way that they would have drank that after you left. Its an everyday tradition and to an extent, an obligation, in this country, whenever anyone is sitting eating, to offer anyone passing, to join and eat. Observe and you will see the locals what they do. They simply say "sige" meaning "continue" but "no thanks"

I’ve been to 18 countries. However, the Philippines have kind of people I like going in the village to learn and to share kindness with them. I mostly visit people in need. I don’t have much to share with them but kindness and the little are enough. Surprisingly I learned more from them. That’s why I like going in the rural areas or they call the province.

Yes, sir Texas has a lot of historical areas to visit but as you know, it’s a very huge so to know all places can be cumbersome
