You can understand why the Dragon Force drummer loved this and called it the best cover he has seen/heard. A real ball of energy and now she is in a Gothic Metal band with Yashiro (Mary's Blood LIVE guitarist). The Japanese drummers (Jazz, Rock, Metal, etc...) are an amazing group of talented musicians. Music education is mandatory and starts early in Japan and it shows in the number of great musicians that get discovered because of it.
She obviously talented, and there is no question that she's also put in a lot of time and effort, practising to hone that talent, but for me apart from the technical proficiency, it's the energy and joy with which she plays.... She's like a little Energizer Pixie on the drums, and a joy to watch :)
