Story time, I used to be terrified of Chucky when I was younger and overall didn't like creepy things so when we went to see this movie Frankenweenie in 3D I spent like half the movie with my head in my coat because the dog reminded me of that Danny Devito sounding doll

There was like one more scene they could've easily simped for the gym teacher, that they missed. But, they made sure to give out the mommy points. To be honest, I expected them to also get weird for the bride of frankenstein neighbor dog.
Loving this editing style where you leave a good five seconds of actual movie before talking about something completely irrelevant, really adds to the true Razzle experience
They should become popularized like Coraline and Nightmare Before Christmas did and low key along with Monster House. That movie was funny as hell but still managed to be scary.

I love that the character who would TOTALLY be portrayed by 80s Winona Ryder... was ACTUALLY voiced by Winona Ryder. I bet the character was designed with her old roles in mind (like her time as Lydia in Beetlejuice).
This movie, no matter how many times I watch it, lives in my head as a silent movie. Like, for some reason my brain removes all dialogue from the entire movie and is like ‘no no no this movie doesn’t have a script you fucking knobhead’ and I have no idea why.
I remember when I watched this as a kid, my main focus was that I felt bad for the cat LMAO- since the poor thing had just bitten the bat and suddenly the cat was messed up :(( poor kitty

So, fun little story about my own personal experience with this movie When I was a teenager, my own dog passed away from a Stroke. He was born literally a week after I was so he lived a long and happy life. Still sad all the same though. It's about a week afterwards and my friends decide to take me to the movies to try and cheer me up, I dont remember what the exact movie but what I do remember was the VERY FIRST ADVERTISEMENT to play for said movie, Was an advertisement for THIS movie. Needless to say I just about almost walked out.
You know despite the name of this movie, I never thought that them realizing what it could mean would eventually lead to half the jokes in this video. But I’m not going to deny the fact that I laughed at all of it. Also at the end when Alan said that this is the one where they kill Ben, I was hoping one of them would follow that up with “now hit them on the head.” I also think that for your next Spooky Month commentary, you guys should watch either Goosebumps (2015) or IT (2017)
I first became a member during the 15 hour stream last week and my god does the ad at the beginning now has such a surreal element to it now that I'm actually watching this in early access.
So I looked up the cast and I love how they thought the guy who played rowley was voicing the old guy. He was only 14 when this movie came out 💀 the character he actually plays is the fat kid who also happened to be named Bob, which makes more sense
Not Razzle going "if they was made in the 80s and live action that would've been Winona Ryder" and there actually being a live action 80s frankenweenie that I think starred Shelly Duval
