It’s more about her intellect than her actual magic power. Plus, she’s not really much of a bad person, she’s just really obsessed with advancing her knowledge and finding new subjects to experiment on.

A bit late i know, but the Witch Queen could get past that if she really wanted to lol. Yami said she's more powerful than him. What shook her is that Vanessa achieved a complete form of Fate magic, something she really wanted for herself, without her guidance and because of the Black Bulls.
Yeah. Rouge only helps avoid outcomes that would result in physical injury or worse and Sally’s experiments didn’t seem to inflict too much damage to any of the Bulls.
They should just make Sally a Black Bulls member. Sally and Luck would be great together.

The art style is very bright and scenic compared to the elf arc. Likely will remain this way since the studio mouse team has built a working relationship with the series director.
