The Portuguese Forum in South Africa says they are extremely concerned with the spike in kidnappings for ransom of Portuguese business owners in the country.
This week alone, police rescued two Portuguese business owners who were kidnapped for ransom.

I dnt think he can provide evidence as far as this matter is concerned. There are ppl in Carletonville who are mainly blacks and tavern owners. These ppl are targeted and ransom is demanded. This is something currently happening. We hv no police at all.
