Looks like the MCI Bus gauges and the steering wheel have been made by the same companies that supply the gauges and steering wheels to Blue Bird for their buses. By the looks of it, the gauges appear to have been manufactured by Actia, which has been supplying gauges to Blue Bird since the 2000s and the steering wheel looks like the Blue Bird steering wheels, except that the Blue Bird steering wheels have no steering wheel controls, and also look like the steering wheel in the modern Kenworth W900 truck. However, it turns out that the beeping sounds on the modern Blue Bird buses are for the wheelchair lift instead of the turn signals, since I haven't rode these buses because they're private property.
