The sudden cold snap really slowed me down this month. My daughter came out to help me replace the old windows on the north side of my house (she's a nice kid 😊) and my neighbor took some of the extra squash and tomatoes I had to quickly harvest from my garden. I know I'm not the only one who got caught off-guard by all the crazy weather, including that huge hurricane in Florida. I hope you're well, and that you now have a little more time to get ready for the holidays.
I'm trying to think of some fun projects for Christmas. Would you prefer decoration-type projects, or things that could be given as gifts? Let me know in the comments below.

This is a great idea Jonni. Especially for me to get started with. I've wanted give your projects a try ever since I first found your channel but just never had a a chance. I'm finally all settled in my new place and with winter fast approaching now's the time! The mask will be the perfect "first step". Thanks!
I'm glad you're finally ready to get started playing around with paper mache! And yes, winter is a perfect time to do it, too. Especially if there's snow outside and it's warm and comfy inside. 😊
I love the "cold coffee" (or so it seems) around 3:30! It's happened to me so many times: When a well-intentioned cup of coffee gets cold because, well -- you know, the project comes first!
Yes, I do that all the time, too. But at least it didn't end up on the floor this time. And a few seconds in the microwave warmed it back up for me. 😊

This is amazing 😆I was thinking that I should 3D print the mask I wanted for Halloween but I didn't know how much that was going to cost and the time it will take, but I think I gonna try this out instead, a plan B sort of
I'm sure this would be easier, although 3D printing does look like fun. This one doesn't cost anything, either. 😊

(but I have some stylization I want to do, make the mask more geometric, but this is incredible helpful in getting me started!)
I hope you let us see how you use it. So far, two people have shown us their masks made with this idea, and both of them have been really nice - much more inventive than just this plain one. I'd love to see what you do with it, too. :)
Hi ive been watching some paper mache videos tonight bc im planning on making a paper mache mask for a cosplay and have no idea what im doing or how to make jt the shape i want

I used Elmer's Art Paste in that video, and they don't sell it anymore. But the method works with any soft paper, and any recipe for paper mache paste. The important part is creating the forms you want with clay first. Have fun!

How can I make the face of a lion . plz explain me with the movement of the jaw and teeth . Kindly say me the materials can I use to make it.
I have never made a mask with a moveable jaw. You might be able to get some advice from someone who specializes in cosplay costumes and masks.
